MERRELL TRAILSCAPE - VR EXPERIENCE

Merrell's Trailscape is a hiking experience like no other. Using both motion capture technology and the Oculus Rift, we recreated a rope bridge trek through a mountaintop vista view in the Itialian Dolomites. The experience debuted at Sundance's New Frontiers, featuring a practical set equipped with  haptic transducers, wind machines and fixtures matching the Unreal Engine level for the hikers to feel as if they were actually there.
