Lead/Senior Technical Artist.
I’m Jack.
My roadmap was a bit unorthodox. I’ve been an electronic technician, touring musician, lead carpenter, stuntman and even sold bird seed for a bit. Everything I experienced has added to my skillset in one way or another. Things like understanding how houses are built having done it, or how to deal with tough situations like fixing a broken down tour van on the side of a busy freeway. I grew trust in myself and my abilities by having to step up and solve a lot of issues.
I also went to college later in life, which I actually found to be an advantage. Being older, I was hyper focused on the learning while also working at a wood shop a block away from the school. I found it easy to build relationships with my professors. I was driven to succeed and that helped me get to the best job description I have ever had (and that’s saying a lot considering I got paid to wheelie dirt bikes dressed up as Robin for a summer)!
Tech art challenges me in ways that make every day feel rewarding.

How I Work
Collaborative Approach
The artists are my client; I try and foster a welcoming policy when it comes to questions, concerns and requests. A constructive attitude and good communication play major parts in that.
Leadership Experience
Whether it’s breaking ground on new concepts, creative problem solving, or team management, responsibility and compassion are foundational pillars in the way I operate.
Curiosity Driven
With any project, regardless of size, there is always something interesting to dig into and crafty areas to pique my interest. I lean into that heavily.
